Luis Gomez Pelayo didn’t just grow up around real estate; he actively created it. Construction has always been central to his close knit family, so he learned the ropes from some of the best in the business. Born in Mexico, Luis actually spent most of his life in Burbank after his family made the move in 2001. While he had plenty of hands-on experience working in construction, his aspirations found him attending CSUN where he is currently completing his final year in pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. The combination of his construction industry expertise and business savvy have already made him an indispensable resource in helping his clients across Sylmar, Arleta, and North Hills build generational wealth.
